Our seasoned staff of seven has over 160 years of combined experience helping people through the mortgage process. Since our opening we have successfully closed over 4,500 mortgages worth in excess of $700,000,000.

Bill Holmes - President & Co-founder
Bill has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for 27 years. He has managed both wholesale and retail mortgage operations as well as been a “hands on” loan originator. Over the course of his career he has personally closed loans in excess of $500,000,000. Bill’s past accomplishments include both the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors “Affiliate of the Year” Award and the elected position of Director at the Board.

Mary Frisinger - Senior Loan Officer
Mary has been with Ann Arbor Mortgage since 1999 and in the real estate industry for 22 years. She has closed loans in excess of $100,000,000 over the course of her career. Mary has an extensive real estate background as a licensed real estate and title insurance agent. She has been a member of the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors. Mary has received the “Affiliate of the Year” award and acted as Affiliate Director. Her charitable history includes the Chelsea United Way and the American Cancer Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

The newest addition to the Ann Arbor Mortgage Team is Christina Cole-Slade. Christina has been in the mortgage business for 18 years and has closed over 100 million in loans during this time. She is a native to Ann Arbor. In her free time Christina enjoys time with her husband and their three children, golfing, crossfit training, and is a fan of University of Michigan basketball and football.
